Grant Wagner, Chief Executive Officer, brings over 25 years of software industry leadership and sales experience to Three2N. He previously held the position of President and CEO of Formatta Corporation, an electronic data capture and data integration software company that was sold to Access Corporation. He also held the position of Senior Vice-President of Worldwide Sales at New Technology Management Inc. (NTMI), a federal government systems integrator specializing in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD) security solutions, as well as and Senior Vice-President of Software Sales at Integic, a government systems integrator and software vendor acquired by Northrop Grumman Corp.

As Executive Vice-President for Worldwide Sales at OTG Software, a public storage and content management software company now part of EMC, Grant increased revenues from $20M in 1999 to an estimated $90M in 2002. Mr. Wagner graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. He is an active member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and serves as advisor to several private technology companies in the northern Virginia technology community. He is also a graduate of Mindshare, a Washington D.C. based program for technology CEOs.

Gareth Evans, is responsible for the strategy, development and execution of all Three2N/ALT Software's business globally. Before Joining Three2N International he held several positions at Hewlett-Packard working with customers to blend HP's intellectual property and experience with products and services delivery capabilities to create relevant solutions for its customers' Product Development and Engineering challenges. He has more than 25 years experience applying PLM, PDM and CAD/CAM in product development; he has worked with both large multinational corporations and small local firms, as a user and supplier of high technology. Evans has experience in the automotive, aerospace and electronics industries in Asia, the UK and North America. Prior to its acquisition by HP, Evans held several positions with EDS and its affiliates, including a term as Country Manager at Unigraphics Solutions Korea, Ltd., where he managed all aspects of business during the creation of the division. He has also held positions with EDS in Hong Kong and Canada. Previously, he was an experienced CAD/CAM consultant and technical sales support specialist for the McDonnell Douglas Company. Evans began his career at the British Ministry of Defense (ROF Nottingham) as a Mechanical and Production Engineering Apprentice. He was named "Apprentice of the Year" for three consecutive years. Evans has certification in configuration management II from the ICM and Arizona State University USA and holds an associate's degree in mechanical and production engineering from People's College, Nottingham University UK. He is based out of Toronto Canada.

Mark Snyder, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for IP development and integration of the Three2N technology lines. Prior to that, Mark was Director of Embedded Applications Engineering at Quantum3D, Inc., where his responsibilities include research, design, and development of tools and software for the embedded graphics and simulation markets, including embedded OpenGL graphics implementations, 3D software stacks, and embedded software tools. While employed with Honeywell International, Inc. Mark received two Technical Achievement Awards for his pioneering work on flight deck technology, and was named as inventor on over 10 awarded US and International patents. Mark served 9 years as a commissioned officer in the USAF, And holds a BS from Arizona State University and an MS from the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Engineering.

Dmitry Kulakov, Vice President of Product Development, is a dynamic R&D leader with strong educational background, supported by more than 25 years of work experience in software development industry and being involved in variety of domains. Experienced in short and long term strategic planning and having a reputation for getting the job done. Dmitry brings senior level management expertise as well as software architectural skills in building enterprise data management solution including 3D spatial data. Experience of working in military, government and private sectors, in both well established business and start-up environments. Expertise in building productive cross-functional geographically distributed development teams to deliver sophisticated software solutions. Process oriented to achieve best results within aggressive time lines. Having excellent capacity to view the whole picture, understanding problems at different levels. Utilising a 'take charge' attitude, motivation and commitment to achieving results individually and through others. Dmitry holds a BS from Ukrainian State University in System Engineering, MS in Computer Science from the Space Military University in St. Petersburg and diploma with honours in Programming-computer Means in Business from University of Management in Netherlands.
